Cancellation of orders by Customer
Grocery and related products – Customer can cancel the orders before it is shipped. You can place a request for cancellation using "My Account". 100% payment shall be refunded within 7-10 working days and the User shall be informed of the same by the Helpdesk.
Cancellation of orders by Smacymart
Smacymart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. 100% payment shall be refunded within 7-10 working days and the User shall be informed of the same by the Helpdesk.
Smacymart will take stringent measures to ensure that items delivered to the customers are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the Products(s) at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement of item is made within 7 working days of placing the order on our website. No replacements will be allowed for orders, except for the reasons given above.
To get a replacement, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number and the reason. Only after receiving our confirmation for the replacement, you are requested to send the Product. We will then arrange for the replacement. We shall not be responsible for any Product replacement without our confirmation.
There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement Products.
